Nook At 909.

So I had the pleasure of interviewing Daniela, owner of Nook at 909, to learn more about her shop and love of Spanish children's wear. Nook at 909 is based on idea of a gift shop.  At first, she was going to have a smaller space with just a few home items, jewelry, and specialty baby clothes, but eventually it grew to a bigger space allowing her to bring more Spanish brands for the children's section. They carry unique styles and sometimes even one of a kind pieces which range in sizes from newborn to age 5. They also carry Spanish communion dresses and baptism outfits like the traditional "Faldon" which are very difficult to find in the United States. As a special treat for my readers, Nook at 909 is offering 15% off your purchase with free shipping just by mentioning EURO CHIC AT NOOK when placing a order over the phone or through their email. They are currently working on their website so I highly suggest you follow them on Facebook or Instagram for up to date pictures of their current stock.

When did you decide to incorporate children's wear into your store?

We always had an idea of having the children's wear at Nook.  I have two boys, whom I LOVE to dress up.

What do you love about Spanish children's fashion?

Better quality in fabrics, design, looks much more elegant and classic, and I believe everyday can be a Sunday Best Day.

What has been the general feedback so far from your customers about Spanish children's wear?

Feedback has been amazing, of course there is something for everyone. I have mothers who dress their children in Nook products most of the time and I have mother who just want a look for a special occasion like a photo shoot, birthday party, baptism, holiday, etc..

What is your favorite brand?

Well I carry different products,  its hard to place one brand as my favorite.  We are also receiving new brands for Fall/Winter Collection.

Any advice for parents when to comes to children's wear?

You can never go wrong with neutrals.
